Information Management:

  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information

  • Conducting research and compiling data to assist in decision-making processes

Travel and Logistics:

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa processing

  • Preparing detailed itineraries and providing necessary travel-related information to the executives

  • Reconciling and processing travel expenses in accordance with company policies

Meeting & Events Coordination and Support:

  • Coordinating and scheduling executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging meeting rooms, and coordinating necessary resources

  • Attend meetings, taking accurate minutes, and distributing action items to ensure timely follow-up

  • Acting as a liaison between you and other teams, departments, and external partners
